Terms of Service

By using BYT Rewards ("the App") you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

The App is a World Mini App for managing BYT, a utility token on World Chain, including wallet transfers, token swaps and on-chain engagement rewards. The App does not offer staking; users with a pre-existing staked position may only withdraw it.

On-chain activity

Wallet send/receive, swaps, withdrawals and reward claims are real on-chain transactions on World Chain (chainId 480). All transactions are final and irreversible.

No financial advice

Nothing in the App is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Engagement rewards are fixed app bonuses, not a promise of profit or returns, and may constitute taxable income in your jurisdiction — consult a tax professional.

Crypto risk

Digital tokens carry risk and their value may fluctuate or be zero. On-chain interactions involve smart contract risk, including the possibility of bugs or exploits. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

Geographic restrictions

The App is not available to residents of the United States or any country subject to international sanctions (including OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions). By using the App you confirm you are not located in or a resident of any such jurisdiction.

Eligibility

The App is for humans verified through World ID — one person, one account. You must meet the minimum age required by your local law for digital financial services.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, attempt to exploit or disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

All content, branding and code in the App are owned by the developer. BYT is a utility token — it does not represent equity, ownership or any security interest.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, including losses from smart contract vulnerabilities.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable national law. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
